For me it's
Bread- Italian Herbs and Cheese
Cheese- Peppered Cheese
(un)Meat(s)- Veggie Patty
Salad- Olives
- Green Pepper
- Lettuce
- JalapeƱos
Sauce- Raunch
Salt, pepper and toasted.

I always tech to chicken, specialising in sweet chilli should resources allow. This is subsidised by a four-gang half jump to hearty italian bread forming a solid base for the early-sandwich.

@Jug; lettuce, tomato, coleslaw and red onion.... I switch up the sauce quite frequently, right now im enjoying rather a lot of thousand-island dressing

Thousand Island sauce is tasty as balls, it's normally for seafood, but basically it's great with anything
